Refund Terms

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Refunds are available for products purchased directly from Prastuti Designs Pvt. Ltd. via our website or authorized platforms.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
    • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Non-Refundable Items

  3. Process for Refunds

Cancellation Policy
